Is Digital FM Radio better with 3 digits, 4 digits, or it just doesn’t matter?
Is the reception of Digital FM Radio better with 3 digits (example: 105.1FM, 92.3FM) or with 4 digits (example: 105.10FM, 92.30FM) or it just doesn't matter, it will just have the same reception?

That I know, it doesn’t matter. Theye are many with 3 and many with 4. And they both get good reception, depending on where YOU are.
If you look, your example had 4: 105.1 without the 0 is already 4 digits
